New feature: How to use ‘dropdown menu’ fields

When you have read or heard us say that our software is built around the feedback we receive, have you ever thought ‘yeah ok, that’s never going to happen’.

Well, we have listened to your feedback and we have developed a shiny new feature that a lot of our customers have requested.

Introducing, drum roll, please, Dropdown Menus!

This new feature is available on all accounts, Pay as You Go and monthly/annual plans.

To add ‘Dropdown fields’ to any document or template you simply need to drag and drop in the same way you add existing fields.

Once you have placed the Dropdown field on to the document, the configure field box will appear.

This is where you can add the choices that your client will choose from.

Don’t worry if you need to amend a choice, we have added a handy remove choice button.

Once the choices have been added, you just need to click update field and that’s that.

You can now send your client(s) the document.
